Our Junior Camp
Tropinka Camp at Frontier Lodge
Tropinka Junior Camp is located at the beautiful Frontier Lodge camp resort, a well-established children’s camp destination with over 50 years of history. The camp is set directly on the shore of Lac-Wallace and surrounded by forest, creating a safe, peaceful, and nature-filled environment. Children stay in cozy cabins together with their cabin leader, fostering community, care, and supervision throughout the week.
Lac-Wallace & Forest Area
Our main camp territory stretches along the shore of Lac-Wallace, offering a large, well-equipped beach area. The beach includes docks, two designated swimming zones, a water trampoline, and plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the lakeside atmosphere.
One swimming zone is designed for campers who prefer shallow, enclosed waters, while the second zone allows for free swimming in deeper water. Both swimming areas are always supervised by a certified lifeguard to ensure safety at all times. Beyond the lake, the camp also includes forested areas where children participate in nature walks, outdoor games, and survival-skills activities.
Modern, Comfortable & Functional Spaces
Tropinka Camp offers a wide range of indoor facilities designed for comfort, creativity, and active fun. These include a large new sports gym, a spacious craft room, and multiple rooms for group activities, workshops, and special events.
The camp features a commercial-grade kitchen and a large dining hall overlooking the lake, where campers enjoy meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A salad bar is available during meals, allowing children to choose fresh options. Indoor washrooms and private showers are conveniently located on site, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all campers. Many of the camp buildings have been recently renovated.
Fully Equipped Medical Office
The camp has a large, fully equipped medical office staffed by a full-time nurse. The medical center includes several rooms that can be used as observation or recovery rooms if needed. The facility is stocked with all essential medical equipment to ensure campers’ health, safety, and well-being throughout their stay.

Our Senior Camp
Tropinka Camp at Cedar Lodge
Our Senior Camp takes place on the territory of Cedar Lodge — a historic camp location with over 120 years of experience hosting youth camps. Nestled in nature and surrounded by forest, this camp offers teens space, independence, and a strong connection to the outdoors. Campers stay in cabins together with their cabin leader, ensuring both supervision and a supportive, respectful community throughout the session.
Lake Memphremagog & Forest Setting
The camp is located directly on the shore of Lake Memphremagog — a large and scenic lake with clean water and beautiful views. The waterfront area includes a supervised beach and a dock, where campers can swim, relax by the water, and enjoy kayaking. All water activities take place under the supervision of a certified lifeguard.
Beyond the lake, the camp is surrounded by forest, providing an ideal setting for nature walks, outdoor games, and survival skills activities. The natural environment encourages exploration, teamwork, and time away from screens — an important part of the senior camp experience.
Camp Facilities
The camp features an open sports field used for team games, active recreation, and group activities. This space allows campers to stay active, play sports together, and enjoy structured and free-play time outdoors.
Indoors, Cedar Lodge offers comfortable and functional spaces that support daily camp life. Indoor washrooms and private showers are available on site, providing comfort and convenience for all participants.
